Team Prepares for 2024 Olympics

Team USA defeated South Sudan 101-100 in an exhibition game on Saturday night. LeBron James led the way for Team USA with 25 points, including the game-winning basket. The win keeps Team USA's hopes of a fifth straight gold medal in men's basketball at the 2024 Olympics alive.

Team USA trailed by 16 points in the second half, but they rallied back to take the lead with just over a minute remaining in the game. James hit a jumper to give Team USA a 101-100 lead with 23 seconds left, and South Sudan was unable to score on their final possession.

James also had 6 assists and 5 rebounds in the game. Other top performers for Team USA included Kevin Durant (21 points), Donovan Mitchell (17 points), and Jayson Tatum (15 points).

South Sudan was led by Garang Kuol, who had 22 points. Nuni Omot added 18 points and Aguek Arop had 17 points for South Sudan.

Team USA will continue its preparation for the 2024 Olympics with two more exhibition games against Spain and Australia next week.
